Hello,
I insert the CD into the drive, it loads, then the message: MV...disk and I can't play it. Thank you for providing a solution, best regards to all.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello, I also had this problem and I didn't understand why.
    It might be the same issue as mine: there was a piece of plastic protecting the laser of the player, thus preventing the reading of any DVD.
    I removed this little piece and everything went back to normal.

      Hello, it happened to me too with my DVD/CD player, so I went through my computer and with HDMI on my big screen it works very well. Have a nice day.

    There is also the fact that when you burn a DVD or a CD, you need to make sure that the file is not checked as read-only, see in properties.
