[PHOTOSHOP] Unable to open

I'm at work and I can't uninstall a printer, but I just changed the default one and the trick works as well ;)

I have exactly the same problem.
I'm running VISTA with an Adobe Design Premium CS3 pack. All the software works fine, except for Photoshop.
I can open an old PSD file, I can create a new file, but as soon as I save the open file, Photoshop cannot open it anymore and simply gives me the explanation: "Unable to perform this operation due to a program error."
I've uninstalled it three times, reinstalled it, and each time it works well at the start, but as soon as I restart, it starts showing me this message.

So if someone can come to our rescue, that would be really nice.

1- Open Windows Explorer.

2- If you do not see your menus, select Organize > Layout > Menu bar.

3- Select Tools > Folder Options > View.

4- Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types.

5- Click Apply, then OK.
