Omenex 54m clé USB Wi-Fi NIC 591952

Hello,
I just bought a Wi-Fi USB key for the Neuf Box, brand Omenex, ref: 54m USB wireless NIC model: 591952.
The issue is that as soon as I plug it into a USB port, at first the computer recognizes the device, then it asks me to install it with the provided CD, which I do, and then the computer tells me there is a problem: Windows does not recognize the hardware.
The USB key does not have a digital signature. What could be the problem? 
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.16

    I have exactly the same problem with Cegetel (C-BOX), yet I have tried everything. Of course, when you call Cegetel, they understand nothing of what we say and assure us that we are doing the installation procedure wrong. It's easy to send people packing when the interlocutors are on the other side of the planet.

    Hello, same issue with XP and Neuf AOL, you need to go to the omenex site and download the driver, install it, and it's all good. Have a nice day!

      I have the same problem with the keys bought from neuf-SFR and on the official site the key number 591952 does not exist!!!
      Has anyone found a solution?
