La clé s'appelle "mini format N300 Wi-Fi USB" de la marque Essentielb. Voilà, voilà, aidez-moi s'il vous plaît, je n'ai plus d'internet...

Have you tried plugging it into another USB port? [edit I just read that you tried to install it on another computer... with Windows 7 too?)

Because under Windows 7, USB drives from Essentiel B do not need a driver, as the Windows one works perfectly for them.

The only thing I can see could be the failure of the drive if it appears/disappears immediately...

If the key doesn't work, assuming the card isn't defective, it's likely that the driver doesn't work under Windows 7. Therefore, you need to check for an updated version on the manufacturer's website. The problem is that Boulanger is not the manufacturer; it's a distribution brand.

If there is no mention of W7 on the packaging, you cannot be certain that it is certified to work on W7.

You can check if the card works by installing it on a PC running Vista or XP.

You can also return the product to Boulanger, but if it is self-service, they might argue that it was your responsibility to check compatibility by reading the indications. At best, they will offer you a store credit.
