Convert a CDFS file?

Hello,
here is my problem. someone burned very important photos for me but I cannot read them on my PC (CDFS file) but on my DVD player there’s no problem. Is it possible to convert these photos?

    CDFS CD-Rom File System, it is a burning format.... if you have Nero, try to make yourself a copy
    onto a CD-RW and then test it...
