Smitfraud C malware C

Bonjour,
Mon ordinateur est terriblement lent et il m'affiche (ca fait 2 fois) un écan bleu avec un message me disant que windows s'est arrete pour se protéger

j'ai fait cc cleaner, scan avg, et spybot qui me trouve un malware C :

je le corrige bien mais des que je refai une verif il me retrouve ce fichier...
que dois je faire?
