Bonjour à tous !
Je viens quérir votre aide....
J'ai, comme bcp, attrapé le Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Zlob.xkd
Je viens d'éditer le rapport Hijack This...
Le Trojan semble avoir été identifié :
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Launcher] %WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe
J'ai donc effectué "FIXED", l'ordinateur a redémarré, mais.... le Trojan est toujours là !!!
Donc, si vous pouvez m'aider, avec les solutions les plus SIMPLES, car ne suis pas un as de la programmation....

re bonjour et merci pour ton aide !
Je viens d'effectuer le scann, voici le rapport ci dessous qui me dit qu'il n'a rien détecté
Or, je viens de refaire un scan par l'anti virus Orange qui me dit qu'il y a toujours le Trojan et toujours impossible à supprimer

Commence par desactiver le controle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)--> desactiver le controle des comptes utilisateurs
-Telecharge MalwareBytesAntiMalware.exe
-tutorial MalwareBytes AntiMalware
-Execute un scan complet en mode sans echec
-Supprime tout ce qu'il te trouve
-Redemarre en mode normal
-Poste le rapport.
N'oublie pas de reactiver l'UAC apres avoir fait toutes les etapes !
