LG monitor: OSD LOCKED

Hello,
I can't seem to adjust my LG screen anymore.
I press one of the buttons and it says: OSD LOCKED
can you help me?

Ok, I solved the problem
I held down the menu key for 30 seconds
the screen unlocked.
