Bonjour,
j'ai un abonnement de 30 jours de mcAfee internet security
l'abonnement est expiré et mcAfee est boqué et même il refuse de se désinstaller
merci pour votre aide

      Le problème c'est que je ne peux même pas le désinstaller, l'ordinateur bloque des que j'ouvre L'Ajout/Suppression de programme (a cause de McAfee j'en suis sur...)

    Ça ne t'empêche pas d'utiliser le programme.

      Il me semble que ce programme, c'est pour enlever les fichiers residuels non ? C'est pas un pack de désinstallation j'ai l'impression ...

      ok :) ... je suis justement entrain de le lancer, je vais bien voir. Mais, tu as deja rencontré ce type de pb avec Mc afee et utiliser ce programme?

      Ok. Merci bcp de ton aide en tout cas. Donc écoute la, ça s'est bloqué sur Removing product MCPROXY ... sachant que je n'ai pas pu eteindre McAfee (quand je ferme les processus ils se reouvrent 30sec après.)

    Essaie en mode sans échec :

    ---> Pour redémarrer en mode sans échec :
    - Redémarre ton PC.
    - Au démarrage, tapote sur F8 (F5 sur certains PC) juste après l'affichage du BIOS et juste avant le chargement de Windows.
    - Dans le menu d'options avancées, choisis Mode sans échec.
    - Choisis ton compte.

      Ok jfais ça dessuite. Mais en mode sans echec, Mc Afee se lance quand même et les processus se réouvrent tout seuls aussi...

    - Télécharge HijackThis v2.0.2 sur ton Bureau.

    - Double-clique sur HJTInstall afin de lancer l'installation.

    - Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept.

    - Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.

    - Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier/coller de tout son contenu ici dans ton prochain message.

      Voila mon pc portable est en mode sans echec entrain dessayer de supprimer McAfee par le programme que tu m'as passé (j'ai arrété les processus mais ils se sont réouvert pendant la suppression ... ) mais à priori ça a marché et la il a redémarré pour compléter la suppression, on va bien voir.

    Va en mode normal et poste un nouveau rapport.

      Pfiou c'est assez bizarre quand même, Mc Afee s'est effectivement completement desinstaller à priori, l'ordi semble mieux fonctionner, mais j'ai bien dit semble (j'ai pas tester l'utilisation de jeux ou autre pour voir si ça bloque) mais quand je rentre dans ajouter supprimer programme il continue à bugger (la l'ordi est completement bloqué, il fait genre qu'il charge quelque chose, mais ya pas de signe de travail de l'ordi)

      Je te précise juste que j'ai fait un ptite connerie je pense sans conséquence mais quand même au cas ou: j'ai supprimer le fichier temporaire DLDfuser.chm parce que Mc Afee bloquait sur l'analyse du fichier et je croyais que ça venait de ce fichier.

    Ça fait quoi si tu passes un coup de l'outil de désinstallation McAfee ?

      Cleanup failed because already running. Alors que c'est pas le cas... Mais il n'y a plus aucune trace de mcafee. J'ai envie de vérifier s'il a disapparu du menu ajout suppr programme mais impossible ça bloque toujours.

        Je l'ai redémarré il fait une analyse des entrées d'index, description et tout. Il a supprimer un fichier SECURITY (puis la restaurer a la fin il me semble) ça a peut etre arranger le probleme, je vais tester et je te dis ça.

      Voila le rapport, il n'indique rien. Mais mnt lol ya pire... J'ai installé Avira Antivir parce que pas d'antivirus du tout ça craint un peu quoi, je redemarre l'ordi, et maintenant le redemarrage ne marche plus (jsuis entrain de reparer ça en rebootant sur le disque windows pour réparer le redémarrage)

      Mon ordi a un mois seulement, je ne fais rien de tres chaud avec, il n'a aucun virus a priori (dernier scan avant hier ... voila quoi :) )

      Bin enfaite j'suis aller diner et en revenant l'ordi bloquait. Donc c'est pas McAfee qui etait à l'origine de ça. Je croyais que ça avait fonctionné ton programme mais ça retarde juste le moment du blocage...

      ça a commencé hier quand j'ai installé S4playa c'est un jeux online sans aucun pb, la fenetre installation wizard se lance et hop ça a commencé a bloqué.

      Dernière solution ?

    ---> Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) sur ton Bureau.
    ---> Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
    ---> Dans l'onglet Mise à jour, clique sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte.
    ---> Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet Recherche.
    ---> Sélectionne Exécuter un examen rapide.
    ---> Clique sur Rechercher. L'analyse démarre.

    A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

    L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

    ---> Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
    ---> Ferme tes navigateurs.
    Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
    ---> Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre infectés et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
    ---> MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

      ok jsuis en cours d'analyse, a priori deja jai un fichier infecté ça m'inquiete, mais l'ordi a rebloqué donc j'lai redemarré et jvais le relancer maintenant.

      Est ce que tu peux juste m'indiquer qq détails pour réinstaller windows. Je sais le faire, mais est ce que mettre le disque windows, booter dessus, et faire "installer windows" suffit?
      Faut il reformater le DDR avant ?
      Si tu peux m'indiquer des précautions à prendre ou autres trucs utiles, ça serait super. Mais tout ça c'est dans le pire des cas !

        Serait ce une copie du fichier d'installation de S4 League qui ma fait buguer hier ??
        De plus j'ai un élement infecté mais l'analyse ne se termine pas donc je ne peux pas voir le rapport (le fichier infecté est detecté bien avant le fichier 1044eb7.msi)

      J'ai supprimé le fichier detecté, c'était un ptit adware, rien de méchant, c'est pas la cause du probleme. Je sais pas ce qu'il y a. Je pense que je vais profiter du service premium XPS a domicile...

    Normalement tu dois avoir deux DVD : un avec Vista, un autre avec pilotes et logiciels.

      oui oui c'est bien ça :) bin je pensais le faire maintenant, mais jvais essayer de faire venir un technicien a domicile. Ils arrivent en 48h/max mais je doute qu'il puisse faire grand chose de plus que toi, vu que t'as vrmt essayé de resoudre le pb avec un large pannel de moyen. Donc soit il me fera lui mm la reinstallation de tout, soit il me remplacera l'ordi tant qu'a faire (ça fait parti du service premium).

      En tout cas je te remercie grandement de l'aide que tu m'as procuré, c'est pas frequent de rencontrer des gens aussi disponibles et compétents, surtout sur un forum :)
