Virus pop-up et MAJ Wndows

Bonjour,
Je pense que mon ordi est infecté !! Ce matin pendant les MAJ Windows, tout s'est bloqué, puis impossible de remettre les MAJ en route. J'ai une erreur 1058 comme quoi les MAJ ne sont associées à aucun périphérique. J'ai aussi sans arrêt un message "erreur 0x770e48f0,la mémoire ne peut pas être read". Et depuis ce matin, j'ai plein de pop-up qui arrivent, et mon PC rame beaucoup.

fait un rapport avec hijackthis, fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation ,clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept, ensuite Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file.Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu et poste le ici pour que quelqu'un puisse l'analyser, puis télécharge malwarebyte-s-anti-malware fait un scan complet puis à la fin afficher rapport, faire un copier coller du contenu et poste le ici puis supprimer les fichiers trouvés et redémarrer l'ordi.

Vous vous etes passés le mot ou alors y a une epidemie de virus anti-topik? Si c'est pour dire des vannes à 2 balles. le niveau est bas en ce moment sur CCM (niveau conneries, biensur) alors arréter de polluer les topiks, un jour tu auras peut-etre besoin de lui... à bon entendeur, je te salue KOalaa et relis la chartre de CCM.....

Re, j'ai des problèmes :
- hijack n'arrive pas à scanner, j'ai un message d'erreur qu'il a rencontré un problème et doit fermer,
- j'ai un problème à l'install de Malware : impossible installer bibliothèque DLL/OCX.

Que dois-jefaire ?
