Good evening everyone, I use Winamp to play my MP3s and I also use the cover art search tool. The thing is, sometimes when I can't find them and I find them on Google Images, I would like to add them to Winamp's database so that others looking for them can find them.
So I would like to know what is Winamp's database regarding CD covers... Thank you!!!

I finally found a software that does exactly what I was waiting for: MP3TAG
With MP3TAG, the cover is embedded directly into the MP3 without leaving a JPEG file in the folder and especially without being associated with other MP3s
The only small downside: no automatic cover search, but it takes 10 seconds to find it on Google Images, you save the JPEG wherever you want on your hard drive, without renaming it however you like, then in MP3TAG, select your MP3 folder, choose the track, right-click where the cover appears, then click on "add cover." Once this is done, save and you can then delete the JPEG. It's super convenient for folders filled with hundreds of MP3s

Very good remark
No idea because it would help me too as I don't know how to insert an image as a cover in Winamp
If you have any ideas ...
Thank you. -

Hello everyone: I have a similar issue: I have loads of different MP3s in one folder, about 400 MP3s. So when I can't find a cover using the Windows tool (right-click on the cover and then get the cover), I take one from Google Images, then in Windows I do ALT + 3 and there in the cover tab, I can insert manually. I do rename the cover jpg to the same name as the corresponding mp3.
Problem: This creates a lot of jpgs in one folder since almost every mp3 has its own cover and when I add covers, some previous ones that I did change their cover to take the place of the new one. Some mp3s keep the right cover, but others mess up and change the cover image on the player. Is there a solution?
