TNT empty database: error continues...

Question

Hello,

I purchased a LAZER DUB-T Tuner with USB, DTT-80 TNT adapter.
After inadvertently disconnecting everything and trying to start it again: nothing!
I remembered that I could reset everything by "erasing" everything and starting the auto search ...
However, since I'm super clever, instead of erasing the programming so it could do a new search for all networks... I erased all the channels and I mean ALL!!!!!!!!!! As a result: Empty database!

So, can I put the channels back? "Re-fill" the database?

Hello, I have another problem when I want to watch movies from my USB drive; the decoder shows loading, turns off, and switches back to the TNT channels. If anyone has a solution, thank you in advance.

P.S.: it's also a TNT adapter with USB port DTT-80 from the brand Lazer.

Hello, I just bought a Lazer DTT-80 as well and I think that by doing an automatic installation menu again, it will search for the channels again.  I hope I helped you.

I purchased this DTT-80 Lazer TNT decoder at Auchan, but I can't display the program info for the channels being viewed (I believe I've tried everything); in fact, when I press the info button, I only see the channel number and a yellow icon like a crossed envelope and nothing else. I've also tried several times
to reset the channels by auto search
I also checked to see if the firmware is up to date or at the correct level:

Do you know or are you aware of the manufacturer's website or another site where we can download the firmware? I can't find a Lazer site.

For the channels, check the user manual, click on digital TV menu and then configure, and you will have your channels back.
For other problems (USB, movies and photos), plug and unplug your device from the power socket several times, with the key removed and then put the key back in and read it.
I had the same problem and after plugging it back in 4 times, I inserted the key when the adapter was on and then in standby. When I turned it back on, the adapter was able to read the movie, which was impossible before.

Hello, I just bought this DTT-80 decoder. Everything works perfectly except for the videos (only the mpg format is played) and the music is not recognized. However, it works great for photos. I followed your instructions to the letter (plug: unplug: turn on: turn off, etc. at least 15 times) but still nothing. When I request playback of a movie, it correctly displays the title, then says "loading", and then returns to a TNT channel.... weird. However, according to the manual, it is stated that the avi format should be supported.... if anyone can help, thank you in advance.
