How to file a complaint against UPS

Hello everyone

Here is my issue, I had a problem with my Xbox 360 console, so I sent it to Microsoft who repaired it, etc.
However, Microsoft's carrier, "UPS", is not returning my console, it has reportedly been stolen, and I doubt that I will get reimbursed. If that’s the case, what is the procedure to file a complaint?

To get a favorable resolution against UPS, send an email to UPS Atlanta, in the United States. My issue, pending despite repeated efforts (including registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt) since September 17th, was resolved in 24 hours. Don't let them push you around, hang in there!

Hello.
If you shop online, you enter into a contract with your seller. In case of delivery issues, it is not your responsibility to resolve the dispute; it is the seller's. If they shift the blame onto the carrier, it is they who are at fault. The complaint should be directed against the seller.
