My Freebox TV won't turn off anymore

Hello,
My freebox TV won't turn off anymore; I have to unplug it to turn it off. What should I do? Occasionally, I unplug everything and plug it back in half an hour later.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.1

    In the end, after many attempts, Free advised me to switch my plugs and miracle, it works now, it's up to you to see.
