Bonjour,sur mon pc j'avait vista preinstallé et a cause du dump physical memory il ne demarre plus et g linux ubuntu 8.04 en dualboot
avant hier j''ai tenté d'installer xp profesiional pour savoir si mon pc etait tatoué car j'ai un pc fujitsu siemens
je me suis arrété avant le reformatage de de la partition C: (vista) et au redémarrage grub avait disparu ,je l'ai réinstallé et en voulant booter sur linux ca fait :grub error 17: cannot mount selected partition!
j'ai besion de recuperer des fichier important sur linux et a partir de mon live CD ces fichier son irrécupérable a cause du fait que je n'ai pas les permission necessaire.
merci de votre aide

salut :)
il va falloir je pense,modifier ton menu.lst depuis le live cd...
depuis le cd live essayes toujours de taper ceci dans le terminal et copies/colles moi le résultat:
/media/disk/ devrait correspondre a ta partition ubuntu
si il y a un message d'erreur copies le aussi

c bizarre parce ke je l'ai deja fait plusieur fois sans souci (sans ke ca me dise Error 21: Selected disk does not exist) mais ca n'as jamais reglé le problème de grub et là ca me fait

tes partitions ont changé de nom....
donc:

ton grub pointait en fait vers ta swap,a cause de la modification des nom de partitions ;)

merci apparament ca a l'air de fonctionnée je reboot tout de suite et je te dis initials 76
au démarrage il faudra peut etre que tu édites la ligne que tu bootes
je t'explique,la partition a changé,mais le menu.lst lui non
donc tu met en surbrillance la ligne ubuntu et tu appuyes sur "e" pour l'éditer
ensuite tu modifies le chemin dans la ligne,tu remplaces (hd0,6) par (hd0,5) et tu fais enter
ensuite tu appuyes sur "b" pour booter la ligne éditée
une fois sur ubuntu tu devras faire de meme pour toutes tes lignes du menu.lst relatives a ubuntu
pour cela tu passes par gedit
bonne chance ;)
edit: n'oublies pas d'enregistrer tes modifications sur gedit (icône enregistrer)

dire ke le problème venait juste d'un 6 a la place d'un 5...
apparament le plus dire reste a faire ............................................
euh......je suis vraiment obligé de reediter le menu.lst ???
et par hasard est-ce ke tu saurais pas si les pc fujitsu sont tatoués ou pas(si ca m'empecherait de mettre xp a la place de vista ou de formater la partition vista )???????

euh......je suis vraiment obligé de reediter le menu.lst ???
et par hasard est-ce ke tu saurais pas si les pc fujitsu sont tatoués ou pas(si ca m'empecherait de mettre xp a la place de vista ou de formater la partition vista )???????
fujitsu siemens ne tatoue pas ses pc,j'en suis la preuve vivante,(4 distros sur chacun des deux)
oui tu dois réediter ton menu,lst car les autres noyaux que tu as conservé sont marqués d'une fausse adresse (hd0,6)
en tout cas,édite au moi la ligne du noyaux que tu utilise actuellement,et si ce noyaux la te convient,supprimes les autres via synaptic en cherchant les "linux image" inférieurs au tien ;))
pour windows xp attention,il faut faire des recherches de drivers(graphique,ethernet,etc...),et de pilotes pour serial ATA,je peu t'aider en mp si tu n'y arrives pas ;)

-fedora
-mandriva
-archlinux
-gentoo
une fois que tu commence tu ne peux plus t'arrêter :)
les MP sont les messages privés,tu pourras y accéder en cliquant sur mon profil ;)
n'oublies pas de placer ce topic en "résolu"
