Emule with a black band over the eyes

Hello,
this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem. I’ve done all the configurations but I’m still in limited downloads. My eMule is blindfolded! Can you help me? did I configure correctly? thanks I have Club Internet under Vista
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 2.0.0.12

    c is simple to remove the black banner. in emule go to preferences then connection then assistant click in the list adsl 6000 lycos alice then apply and finally restart emule. the black banner disappeared. i did it this morning and it works. there you go good evening.

    You absolutely do not need to have a fixed IP to be able to download in high ID with eMule.

    Yes, but I already have a problem setting a fixed local IP on my PC! When I do what they tell me, my Internet stops working; I’m on a local network and I can’t connect to the Internet anymore!
