For Orange operator, dial #123# then > recharge > By credit card > your 16 digits > Expiration date > 3 last digits on the back of your card > Finish! ^^

What service number should I call?

Are you perhaps referring to the numbers on your credit card?
In that case, it requires the 16 digits of your credit card, the expiration date (just below), and the last 3 digits of the security code (on the back of your credit card next to the signature)

NEVER SHARE THE CONFIDENTIAL CODE given to you by your bank. We can't stress this enough!

Oh yes, sorry I didn't specify. Well, I actually placed the 3 digits next to the signature and it got rejected, so then I thought maybe I should write the digits in the signature block.

Indeed, if you look closely, the first 4 digits of the cryptogram match the last 4 digits of your card number series.
Only the last 3 of the cryptogram are missing...
