How to find out your phone number? Solved

Hello,
On Friday, March 27, France Tél opened a phone line for me... Yeah, Internet works but only with the Ethernet cable. I can't create my account because the Neuf website tells me that some information is incorrect... It’s been over two days since my line was opened... So I wanted to make sure that my landline number is indeed the one indicated on the France Tél intervention quote, which is the reference number of the line. But when I call this number, a little voice tells me Orange informs you that this number is not assigned :(

What should I do to know my number?

To find out your number, you need to call 01 72 36 51 07 and a voice server will communicate it (without the first zero).

Hello,

The 09 ................ is the number that has been assigned to you by Neuf. At least this one should work.
There was a similar case on CCM yesterday for someone who has been a Neuf subscriber for 2 years, during the transition from partial unbundling to full unbundling.

Could there be some obstruction from certain people at France Télécom?

SALUT !!!!!! Il faut appeler le centre d'Orange, c'est eux qui vont te dire ce que tu vas faire. Il va rester avec toi le technicien au téléphone et tout va se régler. Allez, bonne chance !
