Hello,
I wanted to download plugins to make a malfunctioning ROM work
but when I try to decompress the downloaded files I notice that there is no .ini file
I saw a guy on other forums saying he solved his problem by configuring Windows
My problem is that I'm not very good at this and he doesn't say how he did it so I'm stuck
Could someone tell me how to enable the display of these folders??
Thanks in advance

I suppose that ini files are hidden files...
To see them, do this:
Go to the control panel.
In folder options, under the View tab, check "show hidden files and folders".
And normally, you should be able to see them.

Thank you a thousand times for responding so quickly and trying to help me, but the problem is that I have already done this and it didn't work...
Thanks again
Please, if anyone knows another solution, I'm all ears

If you know which file you are missing, download it separately... I don't know much about ROMs...
