PC is on but only the wallpaper is displayed.

Hello,

My PC turns on but it only displays the wallpaper; there is no taskbar at the bottom or icons on the desktop anymore. What should I do? Is my PC dead? I've tried restarting it several times, but nothing changes.

    Hello...

    Do you have the mouse or not?
    If so, move it to the four edges to see if your bar is hidden underneath....

      No, there’s nothing at all, not even the mouse, there’s only the wallpaper! I’m told it’s a virus?
