Hello,
Does anyone know how to display the + sign for positive percentages in Excel 2010? I know there must be a formula for it.
Currently, only the negative sign shows up for negative percentages, but when the percentage is positive, no sign appears. The aim is to highlight a trend.
Thanks to everyone for your help.

Hello,
you can display the plus sign by creating a custom cell format. This will allow you to show what you want and to use the result in another calculation.
Under Excel 2007:
Home tab -> Number group -> click on the format dropdown list -> More Number Formats... -> Custom -> Enter the type "+"0%;"-"0% in the Type box -> OK
Best regards.

After trying several formulas, this one works.
