My Freebox is flashing.

I have a problem with my Freebox: a flashing rectangle for a week. After contacting the hotline several times, I got no response except "PLEASE WAIT..." Has anyone had this type of problem, and what was Free's intervention time? I'm fed up with paying for a service for 15 days for nothing, and on top of that, the hotline isn't really one. Thank you for your help.

Is the rectangle flashing? This means that the Freebox is unable to synchronize with the DSLAM. Maybe it's due to a wiring inversion. A FT technician could have worked like a pig.

What does your activation status say? Has your connection ever worked?

Have you tried to turn the Freebox off and on quickly four times in a row to reset it?

Well, yes, I already tried resetting the Freebox but without success.

I think the problem comes from the switch, but I don't know if at FT they work like pigs, but at Free they're annoying me because they don't make any progress. And I really don't know how to get them to move forward...

I'm tired of waiting!!
