Powerball problem

Hello,

I just bought a Powerball online, I can't get it to spin, when I shake it while it's stopped I hear a noise and the green roller inside seems to move :s Is that normal? Everything else seems fine.

    No one has any ideas? The time given to return it and get a refund will soon expire. UP!

      If your gyroscope moves inside, it won't work because this product is based on perfect balance! XD One of its selling points is exceptional parallelism, so you can forget about changing it.

    It's not going to spin on its own!! You have to launch it using the cord by wrapping it around, and if you don't have one, good luck: you have to throw it with a push, but it's definitely less easy.....

    I bought my powerball on the website http://www.plasirdusport.fr, it comes with two strings inside, and you can also manage to launch it just with the strength of your fingers!!!
