Bonsoir,
Après un examen complet avec malwarebytes , j'ai 4 éléments infectés pour l'instant je n'ai rien fait pas encore supprimé car j'aimerais avoir votre avis. Ci-dessous le rapport et pouvez-vous me dire ce que je dois faire ? Merci par avance.

    bon rien de méchant sur hijackthis si se n'est quelque lignes à fixer en autre norton qui est encore présent tu relances hijackthis comme expliqué pour Fixer les lignes

    .Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
    .Lances HijackThis
    .Cliques sur "Do a system scan only"
    .Tu coches les lignes suivantes :

    je te propose de finir par un nettoyage avec ccleaner avec ces réglages la et puis c'est bon tu vires tout les outil de nettoyage que tu as utilisé sauf si tu le veux bien malwarebytes que tu utiliseras régulièrement en complément de ton anti-virus mais toujours faire la mise à jour avant et puis ccleaner tu l'utilises en nettoyeur à chaque arrêt du pc ou plus simple comme chez nous sur les 5 pc de la maison il est en automatique pour la fonction nettoyeur et je l'utilise pour le registre après chaque désinstallation ou une fois par mois

    .enregistres le sur le bureau
    .double-cliques sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
    .sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
    .cliques sur suivant
    .lis la licence et j'accepte
    .cliques sur suivant
    .la tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de Ccleaner
    .cliques sur intaller
    .cliques sur fermer
    .double-cliques sur l'icône de Ccleaner pour l'ouvrir
    .une fois ouvert tu cliques sur option et puis avancé
    .tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
    .cliques sur nettoyeur
    .cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
    .cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la ce qui te donnes la case vielles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-la
    .cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
    .cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
    .cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
    .laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
    .il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
    .tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregitre
    .cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
    .il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant rechercher les erreurs
    .tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
    .tu peux fermer Ccleaner

    c'est des trojan que tu doit suprimer avec ton anti spy

      bien je le relance (le scann) car ils se sont pas mis en quarantaine mais dans un autre onglet (recherche) et j'ai vu l'option tout supprimer donc je peux tout supprimer ?

    bonjour, refais l'analyse car tu n'as pas cliqué sur Supprimer la sélection en fin d'analyse donc tout les trucs trouvé non pas été supprimé

    bonjour, si tu as un doute et que tu veux supprimer les lignes inutiles postes un hijackthis

    postes un rapport hijackthis

    HijackThis est un outil développé par merijn, capable de détecter les composants ajoutés à votre navigateur, les programmes lancés au démarrage du système, etc. Le programme vous permet de consulter tous les éléments et éventuellement de les retirer de l'ordinateur. HijackThis est, par exemple, en mesure de forcer le changement de la page d'accueil. Cette fonction est particulièrement utile lorsque votre navigateur ne vous permet plus de modifier la page d'accueil car un site se l'est appropriée ! Le logiciel peut également enregistrer des paramètres par défaut et ignorer certains éléments définis.

    .cliques sur download
    .cliques sur download Hijackthis installer
    .enregistres le sur le bureau
    .Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
    .installes le , il va s'installer par défaut dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
    .Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"
    .Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
    .Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

    bonjour tu dis que tu ne peux pas fixer les deux dernière mais je vois que tu n'as fixer aucune des lignes que je te dissais quand tu as relancé hijackthis comme expliqué tu coches les cases en face de lignes conserné et après tu cliques sur sur "Fixe Checked" et puis c'est tout

    donc voilà je remets un rapport car tout à l'heure je t'ai posté le même que le premier car en faite même si je relance et que je veux en faire un autre c'est le même qui ressort bref..
    pour les deux autres je n'arrive pas a le faire j'ai vraiment essayé plusieurs fois , j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé hijackthis mais rien a faire , des messages en anglais apparaissent mais je comprends pas l'anglais donc je réessaie et je te tiens au courant si tu le veux bien.

    bonjour, tu vois quand tu veux tu peux lol !! c'est bon pour moi , si ce n'est qu'il faut que tu mettes java et adobe reader à jour
    mets java à jour : https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp et désinstalles l'ancienne version
    désinstal adobe reader car pas a jours et telechrage et instal cette version :

      hello,
      bon désolée mais là je ne sais plus quoi faire impossible de télécharger la nouvelle version, Verifier que ce fichier existe et que vous êtes autorisé à y acceder . j'ai cherché l'erreur dans le centre d'aide mais rien ...
      J'ai desactivé le compte utilisateur ,
      Je suis allée dans le panneau de configuration de java et essayé par là de faire la mise à jour mais rien...
      et dans tout les programmes j'ai le choix entre modifier ou supprimer , j'aurais bien tenté de le modifier mais je suis pas sur de cette manipulation.
      donc désolée je sais on va y arriver mais ON va y arriver lol
      merci par avance de ta patience :-)


      PS : pour adobe reader c'est fait :-))

    bonsoir oui ok
    lol oui j'ai pu le faire avec beaucoup de mal sincèrement, en désinstallant et réinstallant mais bon je suis pas sur de cette solution mais c'est fait. Pour le nettoyage avec ccleaner c'est fait aussi et je vais faire le reste ;-)

    je viens de pensé que tu étais sous vista et pour ouvrir hijackthis pour fixer les lignes il aurait peut être fallu faire un clique droit et utiliser en tant que administrateur
