Probleme installation imprimante

Bonjour,
je n'arrive pas a installer mon imprimante epson photo 810,j'ai un message d'erreur qui m'indique que le serveur rpc n'est pas disponible ,que dois-je faire???

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
