Hello everyone,

I received a call a few days ago but I didn't have time to answer. It's a mobile number and it starts with "+21". I would like to know what this "+21" means..

    No, actually right after posting this message I found the solution on this site. It's not +21 and a mobile number, but the code +216 which corresponds to Tunisia.
