Sometimes the Sims act up without really knowing why. When I have this kind of issue, I usually go back to the neighborhood and reload the house. If it’s still stuck, the best option is to move your Sim out and start over in a new house. You can also try restarting your PC and relaunching the Sims to see if that helps.
If nothing works, unfortunately I think you can recreate your Sim. -
