VISTA VIRUS TROJAN + PRB PROFIL UTILISATEURRésolu/Fermé

Bonjour,

Comme l indique (très clairement) mon pseudo... je suis nulle en info, je m énerve seule dans mon coin depuis 3 mois...

Tout a commencé un soir... j étais paisiblement installée dans mon canapé, buvant un thé à la menthe, Dr House me tenait compagnie... 

Mon ordi s eteint, je rallume et la un petit message pour moi... trop bien cet ordi, il m ecrit des messages persos!  le centre de servivce n a pu télécharger votre profil utilisateur... ( je sais pas mais c est pas une déclaration d amour ??????????? ou ???? dans ce domaine aussi je suis nulle et je sais pas reconnaitre les messages????)

Je vais pas ennuyer mon Dr House pour ca? je vais gérer... alors nfs chimio,chariot de réanimation... menaces (oui je sais, pas bien, mais je n en pouvais plus....)  etc ca n a pas marché sur l ordi je comprends pas...!

Vite Jean-Pierre, appellons un ami ! ... parce que le public et le joker la je pense que ca servira a rien...

Un, deux, trois potes pseudo-rois de l info m ont dit no problemo... là déjà je me suis dit Bart Simpson dans la conversation c est pas bon... c est votre dernier mot les gars? ok merci je valide... je suis nulle en info... je précise juste parce que j aime la précision.... VOUS AUSSI! (je vais envoyer le lien du post aux rois de l info...!)

Donc moi jeune fille nulle en info je le revendique!!! lol... j ai suivi leurs conseils... t inquiete en mode sans echec avec prise en charge reseau tu pourras continuer a dial sur msn (et oui c etaitalors mon principal soucis...)!

Ca a fonctionné pas mal... mais la gros prob je dois récuperer des données profs... brancher mon imprimante pour envoyer des cv, graver des dvd et des cd a ma fille de 4 ans... (si l un de vous a des enfants... il comprend... ca fait mal....Mon coeur l ordi de maman est cassé.... et là... un cinglant: t es pas une vraie maman si tu sais pas tout réparer.... et si je peux pas regarder les "zanimés" et des larmes depuis 8 jours.........!!!!!!!!!!! j ai le coeur en miettes!...), je dois envoyer des mails a des recruteurs enfin bref msn n est plus mon principal souci!!! j ai biensur revu ma lettre de motivation, je serai ravie de participer a une formation en informatique... niveau??? info pour les nuls...

Donc, j ai parcouru les forums, telechargé trojan remover, defenza, spybot etc...
J'ai voulu restaurer le systeme mais la date indiqué ne correspond pas a une date de fonctionnement correct... 
Quand j essaye des manips je me retrouve souvent avec le message impossible en mode sans echec... 
et puis sincerement si j ai pas les instructions sous les yeux j y arrive pas et puisque je ne peux imprimer... et recopier tous vos conseils... j ecris deja des dizaines de lettre de motivation...

Pour que vous puissiez juger de mon niveau et adapter vos réponses... je ne sais meme pas faire une sauvegarde... oui je sais c est grave... je comprends a peu pres qd on me fait des copiés collés...

Alors comme vous avez un peu rigolé... vous allez bien m aider???

Télécharge HijackThis ici : 

->  http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe 

-> Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation 

-> Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept 

-> Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file 

-> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

1) désinstal spybot tu le remettra apres désinfection 

pour cela va dans panneau de configuration, programmes et fonctinnalité et désinstal le 

ensuite :

Telecharge malwarebytes 

-> http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe 

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour. 

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression". 

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen complet". 

Puis click sur "rechercher". 

Laisse le scanner le pc... 

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection. 

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes". 

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum. 
Copie et colle le rapport stp.

PS : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration. 
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs. 
- Clique sur Continuer. 
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur. 
- Valide par OK et redémarre.

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : 

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis :

"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". 

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1 
Laisse toi guider et patiente. 
Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Termine le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse. 
Referme le blocnote 
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé a la racine du disque

J ai tout suivi a la lettre 
T as pas oublié je suis nulle! lol
J ai redemmarré apres avoir decoché comme tu me l as dit dans compte utilisateur
Avant je ne pouvais que me connecter en mode sans echec, la c est pas encore mon profil habituel avec la page d accueil vista c est bleu avec des vagues, et avant je ne pouvais pas avoir de son, la il est activé! 
Donc je pense que les manips que tu m as demandé de faire ont servi mais navilog ca ne fonctionne pas autrement tout ce que tu m as demandé de faire tout etait ok

Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 




-> Double clique sur combofix.exe. 
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

tu les coches et tu clic sur fix checked 


ensuite fais ceci :

Démarrer >accesoire puis :  executer > tape : services.msc 

- Clic droit sur le service cité - Symantec Lic NetConnect service 
- propriétés 
- et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « désactivé ». 
- Ensuite si le "Status du service" est sur "Démarré" faire : « arrêté »

ensuite je te conseil vivement de désinstaller defenza pour le remplacer par antivir (en aglais mais simple et surtout efficace)

Telecharge et instales l'antivirus Antivir Personal Edition Classic :

AntiVir Personal software pack on a  Microsoft

When updating, please proceed as follows:
 
1. Deinstall   the   installed   version   of   the   Avira   AntiVir
   Personal.
2. Download a current software pack  from the downoad section of  the
   Avira  AntiVir  Personal  website

3. Install this software pack on your computer.

1 System requirements

In order  for Avira  AntiVir Personal  to run  properly, the computer
system must fulfill the following requirements:

- Computer: Pentium or higher, at least 266 MHz

- Operating system
  - Microsoft Windows Vista (32 or 64 bit) or
  - Microsoft Windows XP  Home or Professional (32  or 64 bit), SP  2
  recommended or
  - Microsoft Windows 2000, SP 4 recommended
  
The display of the program  interfaces can differ, depending on  the
operating system used.

- 30 MB free memory on the hard disk (more if quarantine is used)

- Min. 100 MB temporary memory on the hard disk

- Min. 192 MB RAM (Windows XP or Professional)

- Min. 512 MB RAM (Windows Vista)

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

faudra désinstaller navilog depuis le panneau de configuration et supprime toolcleaner/hijackthis/combofix

ou sinon passer toolcleaner en mode sans echec

ben le bureau c est bien l ecran ou tout mes raccourcis apparaissent? la page d accueil...? 
ben y a rien et dans desinstaller programme y a rien..  p etre que je les ai pas enregistrés mais que j ai juste fait executer??? donc j aurais pas enregistré??? 
d apres toi maintenant j ai plus de virus? et tout est ok plus besoin de passer par mon profil quand j allume l ordinateur?
ou est ce que je suis sur un profil provisoire?

Je suis tres impressionnée! qd je pense que:

      le support technique de HP m a fait faire deux trois manips et m a dit froidement il faut changer le disque dur! 

      que depuis des mois je reste en mode sans echec....

      que tu as réussi a résoudre ces problèmes à distance et en une apres midi!!! que tu as su adapter tes instructions à mon niveau (je le rappelle si qq un avait oublié: TRES NULLE)
      
      si je peux un jour d aider comme tu l as fait dans la mesure de mes compétences et connaissances.... (euh t oublies juste l informatique... tu es mon Maître!!!) 

Je te souhaite une excellente journée... donc la je coche résolu???
