Problème installation Kerio

Bonjour, voilà mon souci c'est que je ne peut pas installer kerio car au milieu de l'installation, il me dit ERROR: ALREADY_INSTALLED alors qu'il n'est pas du tout installer... J'ai essayé de faire restauration de système mais ça marche pas.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.1 Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86Ghz 1GO ram
