export my passwords to USB drive??? Solved

Hello,

I would like to know how to export the saved passwords from Mozilla and Internet Explorer to my USB drive?

Additionally, if you could let me know how to transfer them back to my other PC, that would be great of you.

So, I have two solutions for you, but only for Firefox (Not Internet Explorer, I don’t use it)

- 1st: Install the PasswordExporter extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2848

Password Exporter is an extension for various Mozilla products that allows you to import and export your passwords.
Your passwords will be exported to an XML file that you can import on your computer.
Password Exporter also offers the option to encrypt your usernames and passwords so they cannot be recognized.

- 2nd: Install PortableFirefox on your USB flash drive: https://framakey.org/telecharger/applications-portables-libres

The lightweight model to download, and easy to install. The appearance is quite pleasant (you can also change the look via themes). By the way, the software automatically imports Internet Explorer bookmarks.
With PortableFirefox, it’s like using your browser on any PC, with your favorites and saved passwords. Plus, no information about your browsing remains on the PC.
