How to retrieve Firefox passwords from another hard drive?

Hello,

I had a problem with my computer that I formatted and then reinstalled Windows 7. I was able to back up what was important and for Firefox I naively thought that backing up the bookmarks would also save my passwords, but it didn't ... I have an old hard drive where there are some passwords, is there a way for me to recover them?

    Hello,

    Go to the old disk
    Disk C\users\your username\AppData\Roaming\mozilla\firefox\Profiles\xxxxdefault
    Copy these 2 files --> key3.db and logins.json
    Go paste them into your new firefox profile.
