Good evening...
As the saying goes, "it depends"...!
Depending on the OS, the machine...
Sometimes, in the choice of "shut down", there's the option to reboot in MS/DOS...
Otherwise, RIGHT FROM THE START, you need to "tap" a key that could be "del", "esc", F2, F5, F8, F11...
I'm certainly forgetting some, you have to try...
