Problème de couleur

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec l'insertion de couleurs pour mon site web. Le mois dernier j'ai crée pour ma boite un site, j'ai réussi à mettre des cadres, une couleur de fond...mais le hic est la. Comment puis je faire pour mettre plusieurs couleurs de fond?

Comme vous pouvez voir, il y a 4 bordures de différentes couleurs et un fond beige...Mais ce que je souhaiterais faire est de mettre la barre de navigation d'une autre couleur et la partie avec le titre du site d'une autre couleur également laissant ainsi la partie du milieu de couleurs beige.

Ne connaissant pas grand chose aux codes, j'ai réalisé le site web uniquement en mode création...donc si vous voyez un moyen d'insérer des couleurs différentes pour les couleurs de fond en rajoutant des codes, est ce qu'il vous serait possible de me l'indiquer s'il vous plait?
