Faux antivirus

Bonjour à tous, je cherche qq'un pour m'aider à éradiquer le faux antivirus "ultimate antivirus 2008" qui s'est installé sur mon pc. Toute les cinq minute j'ai droit à un avertissement qui me dit que mon système subit une attaque d'un ou plusieur virus de la plus haute virulence. Ce qui me mène tout droit sur un site ou il faut sortir la carte bleu! Si encore j'étais sur que ca règle le problème. Merci de me sortir de là! P.S. Je prévient que je suis novice en matière d'informatique.

    Salut,

    - Télécharge HijackThis V 2.02 (HijackThis Installer) :
    http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe

    - Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

    - Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

    - Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file

    - Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse.

    - Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware :

    - Mets-le à jour

    - Redémarre en mode sans échec (Recommandé) :
    https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows-mode-sans-echec/

    - Choisis ta session habituelle

    - Fais un scan complet avec MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

    - Supprime tout ce que le logiciel trouve, enregistre le rapport

    - Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici

    Telecharge malwarebytes

    -> http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

    Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

    Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

    Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen complet".

    Puis click sur "rechercher".

    Laisse le scanner le pc...

    Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

    si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

    A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

    Copie et colle le rapport stp.

    ps : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log

      Salut,
      Je viens de rencontrer le meme probleme sauf que mon pc bloc je ne peus rien faire.
      Fenetre jaune et bleu avec "warning spyware detected". J'ai essayer avec avast au demarrage mais certtain fichier il refuse de les supprimer. Un peu d'aide me ferai du bien, merci d'avance..

    Plus de trace d'infection mais tu as deux antivirus, c'est pas bien.

      Salut à toi, je te recontact car pour poser une nouvelle question sur le forum on me demande le code antispam mais il n' est pas affiché. Cela dis je suis sur que mes question sont dans tes crordes! je suis complètement perdu avec tout les logiciels antivirus. je n'es plus Norton ni tout ces composants et je ne sais pas si finalement il servait bien à qqchose, j'ai téléchargé avast mais je ne sais pas si il est activé ni son niveau de performence, enfin, il y à windows defender qui est toujours là et me relance de temps en temps. je ne sais pas à quoi il sert par rapport au autres! Ce que je voudrai c'est un système de sécurité complet et éficace pour pas trop cher et pour un usage basic de mon pc.(et supprimer tout ce qui ne sert à rien!)merci de me répondre avec des mots simple car je suis novice dans le domaine!En plus je me demende si c'est normal que mon disque dur travail en permanence alors qu'il n'y à aucun programme en cours d'execution. J'ai l'impression d' avoir un virus mais avast ne détècte rien. En gros pour moi c'est le bordel. Au secours!

      En effet je comprent ce que tu veut dire mais n'empèche que depuis que kasper à fait le ménage la mémoire vive et le processeur sont bien plus calme!
      au cas ou, je sais pas supprimer les fichier infectés que kasper à trouvés.

    Tu ne me prends pas la tête. Kaspersky est un des meilleurs antivirus.

    Pour Windows Defender, je ne pense pas que tu puisses le désinstaller.
