Bonjour,

Après multiples analyses sur mon PC me voilà devant le fait accompli: je suis infestée de virus.
Avec Antivir, je pense que j'en ai enlevé quelques uns, mais certains persistent dont: CKVO, Agent,...

Quelqu'un serait il assez aimable pour m'aider à les supprimer?
J'ai téléchargé Hijackthis, ça me semble une des premières étapes
J"attends vos instructions pour utiliser tout ça comme il le faut.

Quelques infos:
J'ai antivir + spybot search and destroy + kerio d'installer
antivir me détecte seulement ckvo
spybot me détecte win32.Agent.frl

    bonsoir

    telecharge malwarebyte antimalware met le a jour puis redemarre ton pc en mode sans echec fait un examen complet puis supprime ce qu'il a trouvé par contre pense a vidé la quarantaine voila

    A priori, mes logiciels ne détectent plus aucuns virus ou infections...comment puis-je être sur que mon pc est complètement nettoyé?

    Télécharge hijackthis : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe

    voici un tuto pour bien l installer : https://forums.cnetfrance.fr

    -une fois installé, le renommer HJT.exe pour contrer une éventuelle infection vundo
    -Double-clic dessus
    - Clic sur "Do a system scan and save the log"
    - copier le rapport, le coller dans la réponse

    je ne vois pas d infections dans ton rapport mais fais quand meme ce qui suit stp :

    relance hijackthis en cliquant sur scan only et coches cette ligne :

    O4 - Startup: OpenOffice.org 2.4.lnk = C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.4\program\quickstart.exe

    puis tu cliques sur fix checked.

    vas faire la mise à niveau d adobe reader à cette adresse :

    https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

    ensuite désinstalle la version antérieure adobe reader 8.0

    ensuite :

    Télécharger sur le bureau malware bytes : http://ww.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware?thread

    = double-clic sur mbam-setup pour lancer l'installation
    = Installer simplement sans rien modifier
    = Quand le programme lancé ==> faire une mise à jour ensuite cocher Exécuter un examen complet
    = Clic Rechercher
    = Eventuellement décocher les disque à ne pas analyser
    = Clic Lancer l'examen
    = En fin de scan , si infection trouvée
    ==> Clic Afficher résultat
    = Fermer vos applications en cours
    = Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

    un rapport s'ouvre le copier et le coller dans la réponse

    Puis redémarrer le pc !!

    Je vous donne le rapport de Hijackthis en mode sans échec (cf dessous)après les manipulations conseillées geoffrey5.

    JlpJlp, j'ai essayé d''analyser ce fichier par virus total, mais je ne l'ai pas trouvé dans mon pc en allant sur "parcourir". Normal ou pas? que dois je faire alors?
    Je suis pas une grande habituée dans le domaine......mais est ce que RAV antivirus nécessite que je désinstalle Antivir? (pr éviter deux antivirus sur le pc?
    et comment utiliser combofix?

    # Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau

    # Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
    # Si infection > un log s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
    # Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur.

    Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

    J'ai tout fait.

    Sur RAV: j'ai eu "autorun" de détecté qu'il a supprimé automatiquement

    Autre question: Mon disque dur a deux partitions: une que j'ai gardée pr mes programmes/logiciels (:C) et une que j'ai gardée pour mes données perso (:D). Depuis que j'essaie d'enlever ces virus, en faisant "poste de travail" et en cliquant sur :D, on me demande de choisir un programme avec lequel l'ouvrir (pas ce pb avc :C). y'a t'il un lien avec une quelconque suppression de fichiers avec mes antivirus? comment réparer ça?

    # Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
    # Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
    # Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
    # Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

    ps : pas besoin de m´envoyer le rapport si tout a ete supprimer ;-)
