Hello,

I installed the game Rise of Nations Gold Edition, the installation went well but when I click on the shortcut to play, it asks me to insert the disc into the drive.
I've tried the 3 drives I have, but it doesn't change anything, still the same message.
I want to specify that it is the original, not a copy. There are no scratches on the CD, everything is perfect.
I also tried to launch it directly from the drive without going through the shortcut, same issue.
If someone could help me find a solution, it would be very kind.

Config: AMD Athlon 2800+, 1024 MB RAM, 350 GB hard drive, ATI Radeon 9600 graphics card.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.15

A reinstallation sometimes solves the worst problems.

I have already undertaken this process three times. It hasn't changed anything.

Did you try launching it directly from the installed program?

Directly through the program files where it is installed? Yes, already tried.

And when you put the CD in, nothing happens?

Check your peripheral drivers for the drives, the problem may come from there.

It's okay, I found it. Restarting and there it works. Yet it didn't ask me to restart... Strange. Thank you.
