Problem launching Act of War Direct Action

Hello,
I bought Act of War. I installed it on a computer running Windows XP. Then I bought a new
computer that runs on Vista. The installation goes smoothly, but when launching, a window opens saying "TResource.Getinfo: can't load USER.EXE!". I click OK and then the game starts. The game quits and Windows tells me "Act of War has stopped working". Finally, a strange window opens: there is a skull in a red circle with the text next to it saying "Exception 'EAccessViolation' in module ACTOFWAR.EXE at 005F2174 Access violation at address 009F3174 in module 'ACTOFWAR.EXE'. Reading address 00000074

I don't know if it's your case, but for me, it didn't work because I have a 32-inch screen... The pixels would have been too large, so it's impossible to launch the game...
