Bonjour,
voila j'ai attrapé 2 virus qui sont win32:trojan-gen{other} et win32:agent-zxu [trj].
depuis j'ai beaucoup de pub et le virus et detecté a chaque fois que j'ouvre msn.
pourriez vous m'aider sachant que je suis un grand deputant et que je suis sous vista avec avast.
merci d'avance.

tu poste un rapport hijackthis http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 159 hijackthis
important,tu vas "C:\ programme file\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe ,tu clic droit sur hijackthis.exe,tu vas à renommer,tu note "test.exe" par exemple.

avast est pas terrible avec vista... je te conseille Kaspersky (tu n'aura même pas besoin de désinstaller avast), je suis sur qu'il te supprimera ces virus
eh bien, je te conseille juste de te rajouter un antivirus de plus à ton vista, le couple avast Kaspersky fonctionne très bien sous cet os, mais si ça ne marche pas (ce qui est une possibilité), il faudra faire toute les manipulations du genre un rapport HijackThis (que je te conseille de faire maintenant d'ailleurs, ça peut servir...), etc...

NON petinouv, il ne faut jamais avoir deux antivirus actifs en même temps sur un ordinateur, il risque de se neutraliser ou de rendre le système instable !
Avast est en effet médiocre, mais il faut d'abord désinfecter pour pouvoir installer le nouvel antivirus sur un système stable...

on commence par Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)
Avantage : très bon antimalware à conserver et faire utiliser régulièrement.
Le mode d'emploi :
1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.
2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.
4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.
5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.
6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :
7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.
8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.
9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.
10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)
12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

Bonjour win32 et un programe de base de Windows mes qui est par la suite utilisées par des logiciel malveillant il faut juste le surveiller attention a avst sur vista peu etre defaillant selon la configuration j'ai eu moi meme se probleme a cause de la configuration.J'éspere t'avoire aider.

tu l'enregistre sur le bureau.
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
tu déconnecte internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
tu désactive provisoirement la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispyware
sur ton bureau tu double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
tu répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
Pendant la durée de cette étape,tu ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
tu réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
tu reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt .

tu vas sur démarrer,poste de travail, C:\Program Files\Hijackthis\HijackThis.exe,tu fais un clic droit sur HijackThis.exe puis sur renommer et inscrit par exemple gil.exe ( à la place de hijackthis.exe)
tu me poste un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

D'après le message 11, Hijackthis est installé ici :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
C'est donc là qu'il faut aller pour le renommer ;)

bitdefender n'a pas pu mettre a jour les definitions de virus. bien qu'il soit possible de rechercher des virus, le resultat sera problamement imprecis je continue quand meme et j'ai une 2é fenetre.
