Hello,
I have a rather urgent problem, which is that my laptop doesn't charge anymore when I plug it in and put the battery in...
It no longer charges, and when I click on the battery icon, it shows: XX% remaining (plugged in, not charging).

I've tried several things like removing the battery for an hour and then putting it back. Removing the battery, shutting down the computer, disconnecting it, putting the battery back in, and reconnecting without results. I bought my computer in July.
