It's a mix of Flash and JavaScript. The stream is not recoverable, and even if it were, it couldn't be read with a Windows Media Player.

Right-click on the video, then properties. Copy and paste the link located in "location" into your browser. It will open with your default video player ^^

At worst, you can look in the page source code to find the URL (right-click on the page - Page source), but it's true that if there's a lot of code it might take a while. You can always search for ".flv" in your page, that helps quite a bit.
Otherwise, you can add the download helper extension to Firefox, and with a bit of luck, it might be able to download your video.
