Get video URL Solved

Question

Hello, I'm looking to obtain the URL address for a video stream so I can play this kind of stream in Windows Media Player. Any ideas? ThanksConfiguration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

You can download VDownloader and then simply copy and paste the http address of the YouTube video page and then click on download in the software.

Right-click on the video, then properties. Copy and paste the link located in "location" into your browser. It will open with your default video player ^^

Sorry, I use Firefox and right-click works very well with this browser and on this type of video. My advice: download Firefox and use this browser, which will give you fewer problems and offers you more options than Internet Explorer! http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/firefox/

It's a mix of Flash and JavaScript. The stream is not recoverable, and even if it were, it couldn't be read with a Windows Media Player.

At worst, you can look in the page source code to find the URL (right-click on the page - Page source), but it's true that if there's a lot of code it might take a while. You can always search for ".flv" in your page, that helps quite a bit.
Otherwise, you can add the download helper extension to Firefox, and with a bit of luck, it might be able to download your video.
