Bonjour, j'ai un virus qui apparait sous le nom de TR/Monder.33792 , qui ne veut pas me laisser tranquille. toutes les 2 secondes mon antivirus "antiVir" me le signale mais ne parvient pas a me l'enlever .

re, passes malwarebytes et Ccleaner et poste le rapport de malwarebytes et un nouveau hijackthis fais le dans l'ordre merci

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

[*] sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
[*]enregistres le sur le bureau
[*] Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
[*] Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
[*] si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
[*] Une fois la mise à jour terminée,fermes Malwarebytes
[*] redemarres en mode sans échec pour savoir comment au cas ou tu ne saurrais pas regarde plus bas
[*] une fois en mode sans echec tu double-cliques sur l'icône de malwarebytes
[*] une fois ouvert rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
[*] Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
[*] Cliques sur Rechercher
[*] Le scan démarre.
[*] A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
[*] Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
[*] Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
[*] Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
[*] Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
[*] redemarre le pc
[*] une fois redémarré en mode normal double-cliques sur malwarebytes
[*] rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
[*] tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché
[*] tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
[*] tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
[*] tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

[*]double-cliques sur l'icône de Ccleaner pour l'ouvrir
[*]une fois ouvert tu cliques sur option et puis avancé
[*]tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
[*]cliques sur nettoyeur
[*]cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
[*]cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la
[*]cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
[*]cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
[*]cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
[*]laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
[*]il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
[*]tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregitre
[*]cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
[*]il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant rechercher les erreurs
[*]tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case <gras>vieilles données du perfetch

bonjour, tu redémarre ton pc et tu me refais un scan hijackthis mais avant de le lancer pour analyse rends toi sur ton bureau et cliques droit sur hijackthis.exe et renommer et la tu mets montruc.exe et tu valides avec entrée
!!Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours !!
Double clik sur le raccourci du bureau,
Fais un scan montruc (ou HijackThis renommé) et postes le rapport générer pour analyse ...
car certaine infection se planque d'hijackthis

bon tu télécharges OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
Assurez vous que la case "Unregister Dll 's and Ocx's" soit bien cochée
copie les lignes qui se trouvent en gras ci-dessous,
et colle-les dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

c:\windows\system32\zyfolm.dll
c:\windows\system32\ankbpqsu.dll
c:\windows\system32\vtumkcur.dll

clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression. S'il propose de redémarrer votre PC, acceptez
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

et un dernier hijackthis pour que je te donnes les lignes à fixer et dis moi comment est ton pc

veriffis si ton antivirus est bien actif car sur le dernier hijackthis je le vois plus

tu désinstalles tout les outils de désinfection avec toolscleaner2 lui tu le supprimeras manuellement de sur ton bureau http://bibou0007.com/outils-specifiques-f78/tutorial-toolscleaner-2-t375.htm

tu purges la restauration système de cette façon

(1) Désactiver la Restauration du système

cliques sur Démarrer
Cliques droit sur Poste de travail
cliques sur Propriétés
Cliques sur l'onglet Restauration du système
Coches Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
Cliques sur Appliquer, Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît,
cliques sur Oui.
Cliques sur OK.

(2) Activer la Restauration du système

cliques sur Démarrer
Cliques droit sur Poste de travail
cliques sur Propriétés
Cliques sur l'onglet Restauration du système
Décoches Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
Cliques sur Appliquer, Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît,
cliques sur Oui.
Cliques sur OK.

bonjour, bizard il devrait être parti tu le cherches et tu le supprimes manuellement tu passes malwarebytes et ccleaner et tu me remets un hijackthis et si encore présent on passera soit vudofix ou combofix

Affiches les dossiers cachés:

[*]ouvres le poste de travail
[*]cliques sur Outils en haut
[*] Options des dossiers
[*]onglet Affichage
[*]actives la case Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés.
[*]désactives la case Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
[*]désactives la case Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation
[*]une boite de dialogue te prévient que c'est risqué tu mets oui
[*]cliques sur Appliquer à tous les dossiers
[*]cliques sur appliqué et OK

Recherches le fichier nommé: vtUmKCur

[*]Cliques sur demarrer
[*]Cliques sur recherche
[*]Séléctionnes tous les fichiers et tous les dossiers
[*]Saisir dans la fenêtre du haut : vtUmKCur
[*]Sélectionnes tes Disques dur
[*]Cliques sur options de recherche
[*]Coches options avancées
[*]coches rechercher dansles dossiers système
[*]coches rechercher dans les fichiers et dossiers
[*]coches rechercher dans les sous dossiers
[*]coches rechercher dans les unités de sauvegarde
[*]Cliques sur recherche
[*]une fois la recherche terminé cliques sur: vtUmKCur
[*]tu cliques droit dessus et ouvrir le dossier contenant

Télécharge Vundofix de Atribune

http://vundofix.atribune.org/

[*] sur la page cliques sur Download VundoFix
[*] enregistre le sur le bureau
[*] Fais un double cliques sur VundoFix.exe. afin de le lancer.
[*] Cliques sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
[*] Lorsque l'analyse est terminée, clique sur le bouton Fix Vundo. (Uniquement si des fichiers infectieux sont trouvés).
[*] Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, Cliques sur le bouton Oui
[*] Après avoir cliqué "Oui", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
[*] Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown") ; clique sur OK
[*] Démarres ton PC à nouveau.
[*] Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt
