First of all, hello everyone and thank you in advance!!!
I just bought an essential B MP4 (white with touch screen) for my son, but unfortunately I can't seem to add music or videos or anything else to it. I contacted the person who sold it to me to ask if there was any software, and they told me no!
As soon as I plug the USB connector into my PC, Windows Media Player starts up and asks me to synchronize, but it doesn’t work... the MP4 connects and disconnects every 3 seconds, making it impossible to do anything!
In My Computer, it’s the same thing: it recognizes it, then nothing, then it starts again every 3 seconds! It's really very frustrating; my son is waiting for me to put some music and other stuff on it for him.
I tried uninstalling Windows Media Player to see what would happen, but nothing changed!

I have the same problem but in addition to that, I cannot turn it on. As soon as I play the mp4, the boot loops and a message tells me "warning, boot error, shut down". Do you have the same problem and if so, have you found a solution?

Reader not recognized by my PCs.
I managed to fix it by formatting the device from the settings. Then, after reconnecting it to the PC, voilà, it was recognized by the PC!
