Infection Win32.Rbot Help me SVP!!

Bonjour,
Voilà j'ai un malware Win32.Rbot, il est impossible de l'enlever par spybot et il n'est pas détecté par Bitdefender, j'ai lu beaucoup de topics à ce sujet mais rien n'y fai je n'arrive pas à régler mon problème.
Protection : Bitdefender Total Security 2008, spybot-SD.
