activate caller ID with SFR? Solved/Closed

Hello,
I just bought a Sagem my220v and when I receive calls it displays unknown number even though the caller is not calling me privately. To be sure, I tried from my landline and it still shows unknown number.
I also have the numbers of the people who are calling me, so there’s no reason for it to show that. I have also read the manual provided, but to no avail.
So if someone could help me please. Thank you!

*31# is not used to display the number, but we put it in front of a number to show your number to the person you are calling. If you want to have caller ID and call waiting, go to sfr.fr, log into your account, and add the option; it takes just 1 minute!

You log into your SFR account (website), then go to:
Mobile phone => Choose new options => Number display => Caller ID => Validate.

In a moment, you will receive a text message from SFR saying that the option is activated. You try it right away, unfortunately, it now displays.

The best for everyone is to go to sfr.fr, your account, and then below your mobile phone number, it says "My subscription and my options." Click on it, and then you will see all your options, but some are not activated yet (you have to do it manually).
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and it says "Add options: See all available options." Click on it, and you are there.
