Activate caller ID with SFR?

You log into your SFR account (website), then go to:
Mobile phone => Choose new options => Number display => Caller ID => Validate.

In a moment, you will receive a text message from SFR saying that the option is activated. You try it right away, unfortunately, it now displays.

For the past few days, it's the same struggle for me. I've called 1077 five times, with no result, except that it works once or twice and then nothing. I just spent 30 minutes on 1077 again. Result: zero. A very nice girl told me to dial *31#. I tried, and I'm told that the service is activated, but NOTHING!
