Hello,
I am supposed to receive a package from UPS; they claim to have come by three times and I wasn't there!!
I would like to contact them and I can't find their phone number...
If anyone has their phone number, I would appreciate it if you could pass it on to me...

Same here, package delivered to who knows where. Due to medical reasons, I haven't left my home for a month, and yet UPS hasn't been able to find me to deliver.
Impossible to contact them, a barrier.

UPS pro? They're amateurs, they systematically disturb my neighbors when I'm not there to deliver the packages, I find that a bit easy! And if you want to contact them, it's a premium rate number that's mandatory. When you go to pick up a package, if you haven't called them beforehand on their stupid premium rate number, they send you away. UPS, no thanks, from now on I’m asking my contacts to avoid them!

Non Ninis - I confirm: I order a lot online, and I systematically have problems with UPS to receive my packages with... a lot of delays, because they are terribly bad. I'm not going to make a list, it would be way too long!
PS I'm also looking for their non-premium rate number in Rennes / St-Jacques (Ille-et-Vilaine).

I confirm UPS are big thieves, they leave you waiting but you pay, I spent around ten euros just to talk to someone on the line.

thieves! they told me that supposedly I was a victim of internal fraud! so 140 euros less in my account for no delivery!!!!!!!! absolutely to be avoided!!! I filed a complaint, don't hesitate, maybe they'll think twice

I agree with you, thieves who, when a package is lost, make you run around in circles. I won’t go over the history, but this is the first and last time I use them. To follow up on a package they’ve marked as abandoned is a real hassle; the claims service keeps repeating the same phrase day after day, “please ask the sender to follow up with us,” but they do nothing on their side to try to find a solution to a problem when the package is out there.
In short, zero points as I said further down.

I have multiple deliveries per month and to several addresses by UPS, and I must admit that they are really great, never any issues with the deadlines and their drivers are truly very professional!

No service without a door code; it should have been placed on the package. Additionally, we don't have mobile phones, so we use our personal phones to call clients. Furthermore, routes are not necessarily assigned (backup), so indeed it's not straightforward. Finally, to conclude, either you are present during delivery or you have it delivered to your workplace; this would be easier for everyone.

It's been 24 hours since I've been waiting for this package... it's a valuable item, I was supposed to receive it today, I had an important appointment where I needed to bring the content. Too late, because of UPS, I've lost a client... yet my area is not difficult, it's a small known town and I don't live in a building, there's no residence. To top it off, this is not the first time, but the third time for me that UPS is late. So YES, a huge lack of professionalism and no sense of service. Any other company would have delivered it on time, it has always worked for me... and I receive an average of 20 packages a month. I know what I'm talking about.

6 or 7 deliveries, shipments or deliveries in total... only one successful normally.
For all the others... call the phone center because the delivery person supposedly came by and (supposedly) found no one... impossible to reach him or his delivery center! A nebulous system that does everything to have as little contact as possible with its customers... astronomical amounts.... everything is always complicated...

UPS sent me a customs clearance invoice of 100.74 euros for a three-phase motor weighing 16kg coming from the USA in September 2013 and delivered in Douvrin, France????
Bravo UPS, I’m sending this invoice to the Chinese clothing store so that they stop dealing with you

In the company I work for, we often use UPS, especially for sending medical materials... so we have never, ever had any particular issues. However, with UPS, you need to know the right delivery service; there’s express, express plus, and standard, so if you choose standard... it's normal that the quality of service is lower... it's a matter of logic!!!

logic question, so on the pretext that we don’t pay the maximum for their basic service (delivering packages), it’s normal if a package gets lost in the wild or is delivered to a third party. The courier arrives at the building door and performs their service based on the payment?
Personally, it's been a month that they keep sending me back to my sender saying that only they can open a claim for an abandoned package because they claim they came to my place three times and couldn’t deliver because there was a code. So what we do in these cases is close the point by marking the package as abandoned. GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. Especially since the sender has already contacted them three times to get the package circulating again, but UPS has no record of these calls.
In short, a big zero pointed.
P.S: usually I never post and never go on complaint forums but enough is enough.
AVOID UPS REALLY.

I confirm the amateurism of UPS. I was supposed to receive a package and the driver didn’t have the entry code for the residence (I can understand that to some extent) but where they really fall short is that the driver only rings the bell once and is too lazy to leave a message. When I went on the website to track the package, I made the connection with that call and called the driver back, who told me he had left because he didn’t have the code and that anyway he was helping out a colleague since it wasn't his area. Plus, the drivers talk to you as if they were your buddy (rude and with no sense of service). He offered me an appointment later in the day at a location where we would meet in my town. He said he would contact me a quarter of an hour before, and I’m still waiting for his call. A complete lack of seriousness! I would have been better off choosing standard shipping; I would’ve received it faster, or even walking, I would have saved time!

same thing supposedly they passed on December 29th but NOTHING not even a phone call even though they have my mobile number! this is not the first time this has happened, .... UPS is AWFUL for deliveries ....

I am expecting a package for Friday, but I won't be home most of the day, and UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday. I called the premium-rate number, and they said, "We can't do anything, call back on Friday to have the package held, but before Friday morning, we can't do anything, it's the procedure."
A slightly complicated procedure, not to say stupid, because why not inform the center internally that I can pick up the package myself? Especially since it saves them from coming for nothing!
After searching online, I found the fax number for the center, I sent a free fax using a site like MyFax... and the center replied (of course masking their number...) within half an hour saying they would hold the package and I could come pick it up during business hours.

So, direct contact is possible, but by fax. And of course, in case of delivery issues, that’s not the procedure that works best. But it's just to say that there's a way to contact a specific center directly if the fax number is on a site (a simple Google search is enough).
