UPS delivery issue

Hello, I bought a TV for €201 on Amazon and I was supposed to receive it on April 27th by UPS, but I still haven't received anything. The order tracking shows an incorrect address, even though I provided the correct one. I sent an email to Amazon and a fax to UPS in Rennes right away and I'm waiting for a response. What do you think will happen?

UPS, finding an address is worse than the post office!

Prepare your UPS tracking number.

Contact them by phone at the following number: 0821233877

Choose the right service.

And above all, don't hesitate to nudge them!

ups rennes?!!! incompetent, nothing more to say. they don’t even bother to go around a building to find the number and then dare to say afterwards that the address is incorrect or number missing. it’s useless to set up fast deliveries if in the end we waste time with incompetent delivery people... I had this case this afternoon I saw the delivery person leave with my package right in front of me... what’s the result?! I have to wait until Monday for a gift I was supposed to give this weekend )= thank you UPS for your incompetence

worse, I order a PC and they send it to me in two pieces at the same time, they put one on hold in Toronto
