CET -> Central Europe GMT -> Greenwich Mean Time. It's better to use the second option...
You can also say that you are in France :) just choose a keyword!

You can even tell it that the switch is installed in the land of the Care Bears, it doesn't care: clock timezone CAREBEARS 1 clock summer-time CAREBEARS recurring last Sun Mar 2:00 last Sun Oct 3:00
