Problem sims 2 PSP level division 47

Hello,
I have a little problem with the Sims 2 game on PSP.
I'm stuck at division 47; I've completed the first three missions.
Now I'm at the one where I have to talk to Mrs. Gubre (I did that), and then I saw online that I need to talk to Mr. Gubre outside at night, but the issue is that in the missions on my PSP, it doesn’t indicate that!!!
If anyone can help me

    So first of all, I’m also stuck at division 47 when it comes to talking about Mr. Gubre, I don’t know where he is because he’s only in the saloon at Branchement Mort. After that, to find the photo of the extraterrestrial, well, I found it, I don’t know how. Then normally the boss of the herd (the black guy, sorry I don’t know his name) is going to call you on your phone to ask you to come to the herd, and he’s going to ask you to make a new calf because the old one is too old or whatever, he’ll ask you to make a new calf at the Crocs. He’ll also ask you to make veal pudding with cow fur and milk, and when you’ve done everything, he will ask you to help them carry out the ultimate ritual before the big debacle, so you’ll do that. It’s called the belzéouf or something like that. Then you’ll realize that El Toro is still Doctor Despot, and you’ll have to explain to him (the black guy, the boss, I can’t remember his name). So he’ll ask you to go to division 47 and his brother Lazlo is waiting for you at the entrance, and new missions are waiting for you at division 47. But maybe it’s also because you need to do other missions at Branchement Mort with Pita Florica the merchant & the librarian with a mission from Virginie Quenotte. There you go, and if you have any questions, you know what to do !!
